The Cuebly app transforms your iOS or Android smartphone to a personal safety device. Any app user will be available in the customer environment, just as any personal tracker. With the app it's possible to generate alerts, receive alerts, receive or send messages as well as using quick buttons to start scenarios.
Some app topics are explained in separate pages.
The app has three states:
To monitor the app's uptime, the app employs a heartbeat mechanism to regularly signal its online status and availability. If the app fails to send a heartbeat for an extended period of 60 minutes, its status is changed to indeterminate. After 9 hours in indeterminate status, the app is considered to be unavailable and offline. This monitoring and status management applies to both iOS and Android versions of the app.
The apps will try to conform to a certain interval, but depending on several factors, this interval is frequently not met. The factors on which the interval depends on factors including, but are not limited to:
Android | iOS | ||
Expected heartbeat | Every 4 minutes | Periodic - depends on several factors At most: every 15 minutes |
|
Set to “idle" | 60 minutes | 60 minutes | |
Set to offline | 9 hours | 9 hours |
Messages and assistance requests are sent to apps that are currently online or in indeterminate status. Apps that have switched to offline status, indicating unavailability, do not receive these messages and requests.
The Android app is compatible with Android version 10 and up. The app is free to download in the Play store.
The iOS app is compatible with iOS version 14 and up. The app is free to download in the App store.

Magneta has developed a BLE button that can be paired with the Cuebly app to function as an SOS button/man down extension device.
Be aware that pairing the e-B10 BLE button to the Cuebly app is not the same as pairing it with the Emerit Connect app.
To connect the Emerit e-B10 to the Cuebly app, you should visit this page.
