To change the settings of your Cuebly app. Go click the menu icon on the top-left corner of the screen.

Only on Android, it is possible for the app to detect calls, but it needs your explicit permission to be able to. When you click ALLOW APP, the app will no longer make a sound on an incoming message when you are in a call.
On iPhone, this is handled automatically.
Sound on incoming message refers to the sound when an on-screen message is received. If you are in a discrete working environment, you can consider to disable this setting. This setting is ON by default.
Sound on incoming assistance request refers to the sound when an assistance request is received. If you are in a discrete working environment, you can consider to disable this setting. This setting is ON by default.
Man down pre-alarm sound is to configure the app to make a sound when it is inactive for too long. If you have disabled the inactivity alarm, this setting will not have any effect. This setting is ON by default.
SOS button sound will tell the app to make a sound while you hold the (external) alarm button. This setting is OFF by default.
If you want the app to activate automatically when entering a geofence, for example when you enter the office, you can enable this setting. When you leave the geofence it will no longer receive messages and it will no longer be shown active for colleagues.
Inactivity alarm or man down alarm will make automatically make an alarm if you are inactive for too long. This is based on movement of your phone.
The sensitivity is to specify the amount of movement the device should lack before it is considered inactive. When the slider is moved all the way to the left, the user will experience less pre-alarms then when the slider is all the way to the right.
