The Emerit Connect App is a mobile app for Android and iOS manufacturer Magneta. The app is used for connecting a small, peripheral BLE device with an SOS button, no-motion alarm and tilt alarm.
This device type requires the Emerit Connect App device type when adding a new device to your customer's account.

When you have successfully paired the button with the app, the app will use the configuration you have provided in the Emerit web-app. Cuebly is colaborating with Magneta to get the configuration in Cuebly's device configurator so you can do all your configurations within Cuebly.
When the button makes an SOS alarm, or any other event, the app will receive the event and informs Cuebly.
When the button loses connection with your phone, for example when you forgot your phone on your desk, the button will vibrate to indicate that the connection is lost. When the button reenters the area where it can find the phone again, it will try to repair automatically and the vibrations will stop.
Be aware that the e-B10 BLE button is also usable as extension of the Cuebly app. If you are looking for instructions, check out this section.

The Emerit Connect App supports both over-the-air configuration from the Cuebly platform as well as manuall configuration. Configuring the device to connect it to the Cuebly platform cannot be done using the SMS feature. Follow next steps in order to configure the Emerit Connect App to connect to the Cuebly platform.
First, make sure the MAC address is not already associated with your, or any other Emerit Services account.
Then add the Emerit Connect App using the MAC address of the BLE button to your customer's account.
The device configuration will be done automatically. And the configurator in the customer environment will be available.
First, make sure the device is removed from the Cuebly Emerit Services account.
Then, use the Emerit Services platform to connect your e-B10 to your account there. Enable the Alarm monitoring server feature in the Emerit Services for the button. Configure the alarm monitoring IP server:

Validate and save the configurations in the Emerit Services. Download the configuration manually by pressing Configuration in the menu of the Emerit Connect App.
Then add the device in Cuebly.
