Magneta has developed a BLE button that can be paired with the Cuebly app to function as an SOS button/man down extension device.
Be aware that pairing the e-B10 BLE button to the Cuebly app is not the same as pairing it with the Emerit Connect app.
To connect the Emerit e-B10 to the Cuebly app, you should follow these steps.
First, make sure you are logged in and gave all requested permissions.
Second, make sure the button is not connected to another device.
Open the side menu.
Click on Peripheral devices.
Here you will see the list of device types that are pairable with the Cuebly app.
Click on the Emerit e-B10 to start the connection wizard.
Click Start scan.
If you are using Android, you will have to grant additional permissions.
The phone will scan for the button. You should press and hold the e-B10 button for ~2 seconds to put it in connecting mode.
When the phone and the button discover each other, they will automatically connect.
Confirm that the MAC address corresponds with your button.
This will bring you to the home page of the e-B10 where you can see the connection state and the battery level.
When you press Identify, the connected button will vibrate for one second.
When you press Forget this button, the connection will be removed and the button will shut down.
When you press and hold the e-B10 button, an SOS alarm will be made. Make sure you release it before the second vibration.
When you press the e-B10 button shortly, the button should vibrate short twice if the connection is correctly established.
If the connection gets lost between the device and the app, both the app and the button will try to reconnect for 30 seconds. If the app finds itself disconnected from the button for longer than 30 seconds, it can be manually reconnected via the e-B10 home page.
