¶ Quick texts
Quick texts can be used to offer end users the possibility to send predefined text with the push of a button. Quick texts come available whenever a text message can be composed. For instance when:
- Sending a message to a specific device
- Sending a message to a team
- Sending a message to all present devices in a geofence
- Sending a message with the app
- Sending a message using a dashboard tile
- Sending an assistance request
¶ Make a new quick text
Navigate to quick texts and click the button + new quick text. Compose the quick text (maximum of 50 characters) and save.
¶ Edit a quick text
Press the edit button, make any change and save.
¶ Delete a quick text
Press the delete button.
