This page describes the available modules that can be enabled for (customer) accounts.
Modules can be used to tailor the customer environment. It enables certain features so you can define what to show to your customers.
Enable the feature assistance requests on the account.
Enable the feature beacons on the account.
Enable the possibility to use credits on the account. Credits are used to use paid services of the platform, such as sending a voice message or SMS message.
Enable the device activity report on the account.
Enable the echo service to be available on the account. The echo service makes it possible to do end-to-end tests for TWIG devices. The service tests the localisation, microphone and speaker functions. Contact your account manager to have this feature enabled.
Enable the feature geofences on the account.
Enable the feature leave voice message to be available on the account. The leave voice message feature makes it possible to record a voice message directly with any device that supports audio features. This voice message will be stored for 24 hours and will be attached to the alarm information when an alarm is generated. Any previous voice message can be overwritten by a new voice message.
Offer the devices that are connected to an ARC using the SIA integration the possibility to send a SIA alert with low priority.
Enable the possibility for any account admin to configure permanent tracking on supported devices.
Enables the feature to trigger and handle scenarios from and to other accounts.
Enables the Safeguard integration.
Enables the possibility for any account admin to add scenario tiles to a dashboard.
Enables the SequriX integration.
Shows a crumb path of previous locations for the selected alarm or device in the map. The amount of previous locations between 1 and 30 can be setup in the Account.
Enables the feature to show site maps in the account.
Enables teams in the account.
Enables the possibility to use webhooks in scenarios.
