The closing script can be used to offer a tool for the alarm responder to adequately respond on any alarm. This script is automatically used by any alarm receiving center integrated in the Cuebly platform. The script can also be used when the alarm follow-up is handled internally by the customer. For instance when there is a security guard available on site, this is a very effective tool.
To close an alert using the closing script, press the Close alarm button and choose Start closing script. The information in the script is filled based on the alarm protocol that is connected to the device. Remember that alarm receiving centers will have the closing script started automatically.
The script will pop up with the alarm introduction.
When you click Show details, the previous information will be visible again.
The gray section underneath the script will keep in view for every step with the key information for the user and the alarm.

This view should give you some introductory information on what to expect from this alarm.
This page will display the phone number als well as the shortcuts to copy the phone number to your clipboard, and to call the phone number if your have an app that can call phone numbers on your computer.

If you see this page, you should ask the user for a cancellation code. The user could give you the panic word here to indicate that he is in distress.
This page gives you a list of guardians to contact. It is desired to supply notes about your contact with the guardian.
If no guardians are available, it will instruct you to help the user to the best of your ability.
This step instructs you to call the appropriate emergency services like police, fire department, or ambulance.
If available, it will show the local phone numbers to call based on the last-known coordinates of the device.
In this step, the alarm handler should supply as many relevant details about his experience around this alarm.
