The contacts page is like an address book for the Cuebly platform. Contacts are people, or companies that can be contacted by the alarm receiving center, or other alarm responders. They can also be used as recipients for scenario actions or set as whitelisted number/alarm number in the device configuration.
Navigate to contacts and press the button + new contact. Fill the fields based on your needs and the type of contact and save. The contents of the fields are used in the alarm follow-up script.
Contact name | The name of the contact. This can be a person or a company name in case of a private security company |

Phone number | The phone number on which the contact can be reached by the alarm responder. |
Email address | The email address of the contact that can be used in scenarios. |
Function/description | Extra information about this contact to give the alarm responder more insight of the relation between the end user and the contact. |
Extra remark | This field can be used for extra remarks. Like the code of a key safe to enter the building where the end user is working. Or the code used by the private security company to identify the end user in their own administration. |
Out of office | Enable the out of office to set the availability of the contact on unavailable during the out of office period. |
Availability | Set the availability of this contact during a regular week. The availability can be set per half our on each day of the week. |
Either a valid phone number or a valid email address are mandatory in order to save a contact.
Edit, make any change to the contact and save.

Note that when you change the phone number of the contact, and it was used in device configuration, the device will reconfigure.
Delete and confirm.

You can easily create new user from a contact by clicking the create user icon button in the contact. The button is not available if there is already a user with the emailadres of the contact in the customer account.
